How do I get to the Parent Portal to sign up for a free trial?

To sign up for your free trial, click the button below to be taken to our Parent Portal. 

I keep being charged for my free trial, why is that?

Please check that when enrolling in your class you set "enrollment type" as "trial" and not as "active." 

Why wont it let me change enrollment type to "trial" or "active"?

Our classes are limited to 8 students per class. If the limit has been reached, you will only be allowed to enroll in a wait list until a spot opens up in the class.

Why am I being asked for credit information on the free trial, will I be charged?

You will not be charged for a free trial. We require credit card information with all of our accounts to ensure timely and simplified payments. 

I signed up for my free trial, what's next?

After submitting a request for a free trial, we have to approve of the trial request. When approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the approval of your trial class. If you are unsure if your request was approved, please contact our office for assistance (813) 925-0060

I've never used the members login, do I have an account?

If you are a current or past member of Victory Gymnastics, you have an account, so, DO NOT create a new one, as this could lead to confusion when it comes to billing.

How do I gain access to my account?

To gain access to your account, click on "forgot password" and use the email provided to the office upon registration. This will be your login email.

I used the email provided to the office and it didn't work, or I forgot my email, what should I do?

If you are not receiving a temporary password, or have never received an email from our facility, such as your monthly tuition receipt, there might be an issue with the email associated with your account. Please, contact the office to resolve the issue.

I gained access to my account, now what?

When you have access to your account, you can see most of the things you would ask about, or do at the office in our facility. To learn more about the Parent Portal functions, please, read below.

How do I edit my personal information?

To edit personal information click on the "Family" option on the left side menu. 

How do I update my credit card information?

To update payment information, click on third option "manage payment options" under payments on the left side menu. 

How do I make a payment?

To update payment information, click on first option "make payments" under payments on the left side menu. 


This method will not update credit card info, only make a 1-time payment.

Can I see my transaction history?

To view transaction history, click on second option "transaction history" under payments on the left side menu.
